Book of Mormon Verses Translated

You and I were never told to trust in men.
We were told to trust in Christ—the Peacemaker.
Not in the structure, but in the Spirit.
Not in the nameplate, but in the Name.
This isn't a takedown.
It's a recovery mission.
A way to hear the Book of Mormon with fresh ears—
not through the lens of a system, but through the Spirit that first gave it breath.
Sometimes, it takes the Nemenhah to help us un-hear what the institution has layered over.
Let’s walk verse by verse… side by side.
🔹 1. 2 Nephi 31:21 — “There is none other way…”
Book of Mormon: Salvation comes only through Christ.
LDS View: Salvation begins with Christ—but comes through ordinances in His Church.
Nemenhah Reminder: Salvation isn’t managed by men. The Peacemaker gives it directly.
🔹 2. 3 Nephi 11:21–22 — “He gave them power to baptize…”
Book of Mormon: Christ gives authority with His own voice.
LDS View: Authority is passed down through priesthood lines—via keys held by the prophet.
Nemenhah Reminder: Real power still comes from Him personally—not by office, but by presence.
🔹 3. Mosiah 18:10, 17 — “If this be the desire of your hearts…”
Book of Mormon: Church begins with believers, not bureaucracy.
LDS View: True church membership must come through formal baptism and confirmation by priesthood holders into the institution.
Nemenhah Reminder: A gathering of believers in Christ is His Church—no 501(c)(3) required.

Book of Mormon: His Church bears His name and His gospel.
LDS View: The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is His one true church because of the name.
Nemenhah Reminder: It’s not about saying His name—it’s about living His way.

Book of Mormon: Sincere repentance qualifies a soul for baptism.
LDS View: Worthiness must be evaluated by a bishop before ordinances.
Nemenhah Reminder: Only the Peacemaker knows a heart. There is no gatekeeper but Him.

Book of Mormon: Holy callings come by faith and foreordination.
LDS View: Offices and callings are structured and appointed through Church leadership.
Nemenhah Reminder: True calling is spiritual—gender, age, race, position don’t qualify or disqualify.
🔹 7. 3 Nephi 18:36–37 — “He gave them power to give the Holy Ghost…”
Book of Mormon: Power to give the Holy Ghost is from Christ.
LDS View: The gift of the Holy Ghost must be given by priesthood authority through Church confirmation.
Nemenhah Reminder: The Holy Ghost cannot be handed out by men—only received in truth and brokenness.
