(A Message from Timothy, One of the Three Nephites)

This post is part of our Sunday morning study group, where we read and ponder the Nemenhah Records together.

Today we’re diving deep into a prophecy given by Timothy (one of the Three Nephites), recorded in the
📖 Book of Tsihohnayah Ahkehkthihm, Chapter 15, verses 1–33.

Let’s walk into it—soft hearts, open eyes, and a listening spirit.

🪶 Not a Crowd Project

“He shall gather His People in that day, and not in masses, but one here and another there.”
(Tsihohnayah Ahkehkthihm 15:3)

He’s not sending angels to a pulpit.
He’s coming to your house.
To your heart.

Zion isn’t some grand rollout.
It’s a quiet rising of the humble.

🚪 They Had Their Chance... and Stumbled

“The Gentiles who were given the first opportunity have stumbled... they have gone out of the way and do deny the fullness of the Gospel.”
(Tsihohnayah Ahkehkthihm 15:5)

It’s hard to say it,
but we need to:
The Gentiles fumbled the Restoration.

They got caught up in titles and buildings.
In saying, “We have the keys.”
But forgot to actually walk the Way.

Sound familiar?

🧱 The Real Builders of Zion

“It shall be the meek and lowly... they who are cast out... who shall build the foundations of Zion.”
(Tsihohnayah Ahkehkthihm 15:8)

Zion won’t be built by those with the microphone.
It’ll be built by those who weep in the fields,
who pray in closets,
who are told they’re too small,
too broken,
too "off the path."

Those are the ones God’s raising up.
You don’t need a calling.
You need a covenant.

🤝 The Covenant Is Direct

“They shall covenant with the Lord... and He shall be their God.”
(Tsihohnayah Ahkehkthihm 15:11)

No mediator.
No hierarchy.
Just you and the Lord.
Face to face.
Spirit to spirit.
Fire to fire. 🔥

This is what they don’t tell you in Sunday School.
This is what the early Saints once sought.

🛤️ The Way Still Stands

“The Way is strait, and narrow... but it shall not be taken from the earth.”
(Tsihohnayah Ahkehkthihm 15:13)

It’s still here.
Not “the covenant path,”
but the Covenant Person.
Jesus.

The Way isn’t a checklist.
It’s Him.
And He walks it with those who choose the holy over the high-ranking.

👩🏽‍🍼 And the Mothers Shall Rise

“The mothers shall teach their children... they shall whisper the names of God, and the babes shall prophesy.”
(Tsihohnayah Ahkehkthihm 15:27–28)

The Nemenhah say this plain:
The mothers, the midwives, the priestesses
will be the heart of Zion.

They won’t just bake casseroles.
They’ll prophesy.
They’ll teach the Names of God.
They’ll call down revelation like rain.

The Spirit will speak in the womb before it ever speaks in a pulpit.

💔 His Lament—And His Invitation

“Oh that My People would hear Me! That they would rend the veil and enter in!”
(Tsihohnayah Ahkehkthihm 15:33)

This is the cry.
He’s still calling.
Still hoping.

It’s not too late.
Rend the veil.
Enter in.
Walk the Way.
Become His.

That’s the message from Timothy.
That’s the message from the mountains.
And the mothers.
And the Spirit.

⛺️ Zion will rise.

But not the way we think.

One here. One there.
You ready?
