“What If the Warnings Were About Us? — A Scripture-Based Call to Wake Up and Come Unto Christ”
π️ Introduction: Why I’m Writing This
I’m not a scholar.
I’m not a prophet.
I’m just a man who’s been broken open by the Lord—and slowly, painfully, lovingly—put back together.
What I’m sharing here comes from years of prayer, scripture study, and asking God the hard questions. Some of this might feel new to you. It did to me, too.
For a long time, I assumed the “Gentiles” in the Book of Mormon were someone else. The warnings were for the world. The praise was for us.
But the more I read… the more I prayed… the more I listened…
I started to realize—the warnings are about us.
And they’re loving warnings.
They’re calls to wake up before it’s too late.
Not to shame us—but to save us.
This series compares what the Book of Mormon says to what’s found in the Bible, the teachings of Joseph Smith, and a sacred record called the Nemenhah, which I believe is part of the sealed portion the Lord promised would return.
I’m not trying to tear anyone down.
I’m not here to fight with the Church or mock good people.
There are many good people in the Church—sincere, warm-hearted folks who truly love the Lord.
But something has gone wrong. And it’s time to be honest about it.
This is my attempt to bring all the pieces together—to show the pattern, the warnings, the promises, and the invitation.
I hope it helps you, like it’s helped me.
I hope it draws you closer to Jesus Christ.
Because in the end, this is not about institutions. It’s not about titles or buildings.
It’s about coming unto Christ—for real.
One by one.
Heart by heart.
“A 7-Part Series Comparing the Book of Mormon, the Bible, the Nemenhah Records, and Joseph Smith’s Teachings”
π Part 1: Warnings to the Gentiles — A Scriptural Wake-Up Call
π “Wo be unto the Gentiles… except they repent.” (2 Nephi 28:32)
That’s not the world He’s talking about. That’s us.
The scriptures make it clear: the Gentiles who receive the Book of Mormon are under covenant—and therefore under warning.
The Book of Mormon, Nemenhah Records, and Joseph Smith all teach the same thing:
Many in the Church are stumbling through pride, unbelief, and false traditions
Secret combinations exist among us
The fullness has not yet been received
Priesthood power can be lost
We are under condemnation
And only a humble remnant will repent and rise
⚠️ It’s time to wake up.
π It’s time to study Isaiah.
π―️ It’s time to repent and receive personal revelation.
Because the warnings are real.
But so is the hope.
“If the Gentiles will repent… they shall be numbered among the house of Israel.” (3 Nephi 16:13)
⚔️ Part 2: Come Out of Babylon — The Rise of Zion and the True Priesthood
There are only two cities in the last days:
Babylon and Zion.
You can’t live in both.
Babylon is built on pride, wealth, control, and imitation priesthood.
Zion is built on consecration, revelation, and love.
π The priesthood of men ends in domination and death.
π₯ The true priesthood is given by God to those who are sanctified and faithful.
Enoch’s City of Light is coming back.
The Book of Mormon calls it “the holy city.” (Ether 13)
The Nemenhah say:
“The remnant shall build again the City of Peace—not upon gold or authority, but upon sacrifice and unity.” (Ayahtkuhyaht 8)
The call is clear:
Come out of Babylon.
Let Zion rise in your heart.
π₯ Part 3: Born of Fire — Becoming Zion from the Inside Out
You cannot fake the Spirit.
You cannot schedule Zion.
You must be born again.
Nephi says:
“Then cometh a remission of your sins by fire and by the Holy Ghost.” (2 Nephi 31:17)
This baptism of fire is real. It’s not a metaphor. It changes your soul.
π️ The sanctified walk in the Spirit daily.
π They hear the Lord’s voice.
πΏ They become Zion—not by location, but by transformation.
The Nemenhah describe it beautifully:
“They walked as if the ground was holy beneath them. For they were sanctified by the voice they obeyed daily.” (Shi-Tugohah 5:4)
Zion rises heart by heart.
This is the way.
✨ Part 4: Clothed with Power — The True Endowment and the Gathering of Zion
The true endowment is not a ceremony.
It’s not a building.
It’s power from heaven.
Joseph Smith taught:
“If a man gets the fulness of the priesthood, he has to get it the same way Jesus did—by keeping all the commandments and receiving it from the Father.” (TPJS p. 323)
The Book of Mormon never mentions a temple endowment ceremony. But it shows people receiving the Holy Ghost, seeing angels, and being filled with unspeakable joy. (Helaman 5)
⚡ The Nemenhah describe the true endowment as:
“They came through the veil while still in the flesh, and were clothed with light.” (Tsi Muhayl II)
Zion is being gathered—not through programs, but through fire.
“The Lord shall comfort Zion… joy and gladness shall be found therein.” (Isaiah 51:3)
π Part 5: The Book of the Lamb, the Church of the Beast, and the True Holy Order
Nephi saw it.
“There are save two churches only.” (1 Nephi 14:10)
One is the Church of the Lamb.
The other is the Church of the Beast.
The Church of the Beast removes plain truth, seeks power, and deceives many.
The Book of the Lamb is being restored—through the Book of Mormon, through the Spirit, and through sacred records like the Nemenhah.
Joseph Smith warned:
“All priesthoods and churches that set themselves up to be more righteous than others… are of the world, and not of Zion.” (JS Teachings)
The Church of the Firstborn is different.
π️ It is composed of those who are sealed by God.
π₯ It’s built on holiness and sacrifice, not votes or policies.
π It is the Lord’s real church.
“They are they… of the Church of the Firstborn.” (D&C 76)
π️ Part 6: Come Unto Christ — Hearing His Voice, Receiving His Fire, Preparing for His Glory
This is the real invitation:
“Come unto me, all ye that labor… and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)
Christ still speaks.
The Spirit still burns.
Zion still rises.
Have you heard His voice?
Have you been born of fire?
Are you preparing for His return?
The Nemenhah say:
“The City of Light shall come among them. But only the pure shall abide it… for it is fire to the proud and balm to the meek.” (Mohrhohnahyah 8:22)
Joseph taught:
“Zion shall be established, and the Lord shall appear. But only those who have taken the Holy Spirit for their guide shall stand.” (D&C 45:57)
π¬ Part 7: The Final Call — Warning the Gentiles and Inviting the Firstborn
The warnings are real.
“Because of pride… they have all gone out of the way.” (2 Nephi 28:11)
“Wo unto the Gentiles… except they repent.” (2 Nephi 28:32)
The rejection happened.
“If you do not these things at the end of the appointment… you shall be rejected as a church.” (D&C 124:32, 45)
But the invitation remains.
“Come out of her, my people.” (Revelation 18:4)
“They are they… of the Church of the Firstborn.” (D&C 76:54)
The Lord is gathering His remnant.
The City of Light is coming.
The question is: Will we be ready?
“Awake, O Zion… shake thyself from the dust… put on thy beautiful garments.” (Isaiah 52:1)
The Spirit is calling.
The fire is falling.
The remnant is rising.
π️ Come unto Christ.
π₯ Be sanctified.
π️ Prepare for Zion.
