π New Witnesses Rising — Day 9
π From the very beginning, Joseph taught that “one of the grand fundamental principles of Mormonism is to receive truth, let it come from whence it may.” (TPJS 313). The Articles of Faith declare the same: “if there is anything virtuous, lovely, or of good report, we seek after these things” (AoF 13). That means when new light appears, our job isn’t to fear it—but to test it by the Spirit. The Holy Ghost will confirm if it comes from the Lord, and that is the only test that matters.
π± The Book of Achee
Over the past week, we’ve walked through some remarkable records: Melchizedek’s covenant, the menorah of our Ancient Grandmothers, the higher law of Moses, the testimony from the islands in the Aklatan, the Book of Nations, the Sealed Book, and the visions of Enoch.
Today, we close this introductory series with a book that is a little different — but still worth your time.
It’s called The Book of Achee: The First and Second Books of Achee.
π What Is the Book of Achee?
This record claims to be tied to the sealed writings of the Brother of Jared, spoken of in Ether 3–4. It came forth in the late 20th century through a man who says he was commanded, after a forty-day fast, to bring it forward.
Unlike the others, Achee feels more personal — part scripture, part testimony, part vision journal. It includes:
Narratives of repentance and wrestling with Babylon.
Prophecies of the last days and the building of Zion.
✨ A Taste of What’s Inside
1. Repentance as Power
Achee emphasizes repentance as the weapon against the adversary:
“The adversary is utterly helpless before the person who is in the midst of real repentance… Every day I found something to repent of, I had relief and overcame him.”
That resonates with Alma’s teaching:
“Have ye spiritually been born of God? Have ye experienced this mighty change in your hearts?”
— Alma 5:14
2. Creation and Agency
Achee presents creation through the lens of agency:
“God is so pure nothing violent, lustful, or unfeeling can enter His presence… By the power of agency through His Son, man can know Him as Father.”
Nephi taught the same principle:
“Wherefore, men are free according to the flesh; … free to choose liberty and eternal life, through the great Mediator of all men.”
— 2 Nephi 2:27
3. Zion vs. Babylon
Achee speaks often of leaving Babylon to build Zion:
“Repent, and come out of Babylon. Love Him more than your possessions. If you partake of her sins you shall receive of her plagues.”
And so does Revelation:
“Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.”
— Revelation 18:4
The call is consistent across time: leave Babylon, enter Zion.
π Why This Matters Now
While the Book of Achee doesn’t read quite like the other ancient records, it carries a living witness of Christ and Zion. Its devotional style makes it easier for some to connect with, and its themes harmonize with the same truths we’ve been studying all along.
It may not be the “sealed portion” in full, but it is a voice worth hearing.
π Want to Read It?
π If you’re truly hungry for the Book of Achee, you can probably track it down with a little searching online. If you can’t find it, leave a comment and we’ll figure out a way to connect.
π Final Thought
This concludes our opening walk through these remarkable records.
Together they testify:
Of Christ as Messiah.
Of covenant and consecration.
Of Zion in the last days.
Many voices, one Shepherd.
From Melchizedek to our Ancient Grandmothers, from Moses to Enoch, from the isles of the sea to the sealed writings — all are rising in our day.
And this is just the beginning.

✍️ A Personal Word
There’s a great test coming for us in the LDS faith — who will truly stand with the Savior? Even President Nelson has said we must hear the Holy Ghost for ourselves.
Not long ago, if you read and believed the Nemenhah Records, you could be excommunicated. But just a few months ago, the Church quietly shifted and now lists them as “apocrypha.” That tells me something is stirring.
I’ve tested these books with scripture, with chiasmus, even with AI, and the witness is always the same: they teach of Christ, covenant, Zion.
Yes, I’ve been accused of being deceived. I’ve had fingers pointed in my face. But my answer is simple: I love the Savior. I love the Lord. And I will stand with Him.
Brothers and sisters — the Lord is giving us more light, more voices, more records in our day. The question is: will you stand with Christ at this time?
Love you all. ❤️
