π§ BABYLON WILL FALL — AND THIS COULD BE ONE WAY
A Call to Stay Close to the Savior Amid Hardline Politics, Collapsing Systems, and Prophetic Times
πΏ INTRO: WATCHING THE EDGES CRACK
We know Babylon’s going to fall. π
The scriptures say it. The prophets saw it. The Savior warned us.
But sometimes, when those cracks start to show, it’s not fire from heaven or a single great blow. Sometimes it happens through the slow grinding of nations against themselves—policies, fears, power struggles, and moral drift.
Recently, Phillip “Cloudpiler” Landis gave a powerful message about migrant labor and the economic system in the U.S. It struck me as more than political—it felt prophetic. π️
And honestly, this could be one of the many ways Babylon’s great house starts to cave in on itself. π️
π “Behold, when the nations do set their hearts upon the getting of gain and do not regard the stranger that sojourneth among them, then shall their foundations begin to crumble. Yea, they shall make their walls high, but they shall not stand; for their strength shall fail them when their hearts are hardened.”
— The Book of Mohrhohnahyah 12:32–33 (Nemenhah)
πͺΆ WHO IS CLOUDPILER, AND WHY HIS VOICE MATTERS
For those unfamiliar, Phillip “Cloudpiler” Landis is one of the five translators of the Nemenhah Records—a collection of sacred writings preserved by ancient Native American peoples.
These records go hand-in-hand with the Book of Mormon. They come from descendants of righteous groups who lived on this land after the Nephites were destroyed. According to these records, Moroni himself came and lived among the Nemenhah, preserving and teaching sacred truths for a future generation—ours.
The Nemenhah texts teach of Jesus Christ as the Peacemaker, emphasize consecration, repentance, and Zion living, and preserve temple ordinances and covenants that align beautifully with Book of Mormon doctrine.
Cloudpiler has spent decades teaching these records, not as a politician, but as a watchman on the wall, calling people to awaken spiritually and see what’s coming.
π “And I saw the cities of the nations, and they did trust in the counsels of men. But their counselors led them not unto peace, but unto striving. And they did harden their hearts against the Peacemaker, and thus did their towers fall in a day, and great was the fall thereof.”
— Tsihohnayah Ahkehkthihm 14:66–68 (Nemenhah)
πΊπΈ WHEN GOOD INTENTIONS AND HARDLINES COLLIDE
Let’s be honest.
In my circles, a lot of folks love Trump. ❤️πΊπΈ
Charlie Kirk has become a strong voice for many conservatives. I like the guy too. He’s sharp, he talks straight, and he believes in borders, law, and accountability.
His core message is simple: “Immigration’s fine—as long as it’s legal.”
And there’s truth in that. Laws matter. Borders matter. Order matters.
But Cloudpiler raises a different kind of warning—not about who’s “right” or “wrong,” but about what happens when enforcement swings so hard and fast that the entire scaffolding of everyday life—food supply, construction, elder care, hospitality—gets pulled apart too quickly.
He’s not calling for lawlessness.
He’s saying: “If you rip the support beams out of a house all at once, the roof will collapse on everyone’s head.” π️
π§ STAY NEUTRAL—STAY CHRIST-CENTERED
Here’s where we have to be extra careful as disciples. It’s easy to let our hearts get wrapped around a leader, a movement, or a personality, and then see everything through that lens.
The LDS Church, for example, says “Follow Christ,” but the real emphasis—week after week—is “Follow the Prophet.”The culture treats the prophet as if he’s virtually perfect and unquestionable. In many people’s minds, following the prophet has quietly replaced following the Savior.
That’s dangerous. And it’s exactly the kind of misplaced trust that scripture warns us about:
“Cursed is he that putteth his trust in the arm of flesh.” — 2 Nephi 4:34
π “For the Peacemaker saith: Set not thy heart upon princes, neither upon prophets, neither upon any man, for they are but men. But whosoever setteth his heart upon Me, him will I guide in the day when the towers do fall and the cities are broken.”
— The Book of Hayneht Paynieht Ahkehkt 6:14–15 (Nemenhah)
The same principle applies in politics. Whether it’s Trump, Biden, Charlie Kirk, or anyone else, if our loyalty attaches to a person instead of Jesus Christ, we’re setting ourselves up for spiritual collapse right alongside Babylon.
π Our anchor must be the living Savior, not a prophet, not a president, not a pundit. π️
π Babylon will fall, and so will every man-made hierarchy. Christ alone stands forever. πͺ¨
π§ THIS IS HOW EMPIRES UNRAVEL
Empires don’t usually fall in one dramatic moment—they hollow out from within, through fear, pride, and misplaced trust.
Cloudpiler’s warning is that if the U.S. radically cuts off migrant labor within five years, it could trigger cascading failures:
Food shortages π₯¬
Housing stagnation π§±
Elder care breakdown π§
Inflation and unrest π₯
It’s not merely political—it’s part of a prophetic pattern we’ve seen over and over again. ⚠️
π “When they cast out the stranger and regard him not as a brother, behold, then shall the hand of the Lord be stayed from them, and their increase shall be taken. Yea, their fields shall languish and their barns shall be emptied.”
— First Pah Nahtahn 2:110–112 (Nemenhah)
π️ THE SAVIOR’S WAY VS. BABYLON’S WAY
Here’s where my heart lands:
π I don’t want to be a hardliner.
π I don’t want to blindly pick sides.
π I want to follow the Savior’s way.
“Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.” — Matthew 22:39
The Savior didn’t put conditions on that commandment. He didn’t say, “Love them if they check the right legal boxes.” He just said: Love them.
π “Yea, they esteem their neighbor as importantly as they esteem themselves, and for this cause contention did cease among them. And when the stranger did come among them, they did feed him, and clothe him, and cause that he should dwell in safety.”
— First Tsi Tuhgohhah 4:4–5 (Nemenhah)
This doesn’t mean ignoring law and order. It means making sure our hearts are aligned with Christ before our politics swing like a hammer. Because when Babylon starts to fall, the only safe place is standing on the Rock. πͺ¨
π―️ WHY WE NEED TO DRAW CLOSE TO THE SAVIOR
We can’t stop Babylon from falling.
We can’t control Washington, ICE, or world markets.
But we can choose where our hearts are.
We can decide whether we follow fear or faith.
We can stay close to the Savior and walk in His ways no matter what happens.
This migrant labor issue may just be one thread in a much larger unraveling. When that unraveling starts, it may happen quickly.
π Now’s the time to draw close to Christ.
π Now’s the time to build Zion in our hearts and homes.
π Now’s the time to love our neighbors—even when Babylon doesn’t.
π£ FINAL THOUGHT
I love the people of the church. I love Charlie Kirk. I love many who support Trump. ❤️
But my loyalty isn’t to hardliners or to softliners.
It’s to the Peacemaker, the Lord Jesus Christ.
“Come unto me, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28
Babylon’s fall is certain.
How it falls may surprise us.
But if we’re rooted in Him, we won’t fall with it. π️
