๐ THE BONDAGE WE NEVER SAW — AND THE FREEDOM THE PEACEMAKER IS OFFERING US NOW
๐ THE BONDAGE WE NEVER SAW — AND THE FREEDOM THE PEACEMAKER IS OFFERING US NOW
(AYAHTKUHYAHT NEMENHAH — Book of the Generations of MihnihSahohrit, Chapter 5)
๐️๐ฅ๐ฑ
There are chapters in the Nemenhah Records that don’t just teach — they wake you up.
Chapter Five is one of them.
It reads like Nephi, Isaiah, Mormon, and Jesus in 3 Nephi…
and then it hits you in the chest like Heber C. Kimball’s prophecy:
“A time will come when no man nor woman will be able to endure on borrowed light.”
This chapter names our day.
Not symbolically. Not vaguely.
Literally.
Let’s walk through it.
๐️ 1. A Covenant Land With Blessings… and Curses
The Peacemaker tells Pehnitlehnsit that the Gentiles (“Foreign Strangers”) will be driven to this land.
They will call themselves “Saints.”
They will raise up prophets.
They will speak His name…
…but they will not do what He commands.
Sound familiar?
๐ Book of Mormon echoes:
2 Nephi 28 — “They have all gone astray save it be a few.”
3 Nephi 16 — the Gentiles who receive the Restoration will reject the fulness.
Mormon 8 — churches built up to get gain.
๐ Bible echoes:
Matthew 7 — “Why call ye me Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?”
Revelation 3 — Laodicea: rich, increased with goods, but spiritually blind.
๐ชถ 2. The Command They Refused
God gave the Gentiles one assignment:
๐ Go to the Children of Layi (Indigenous peoples).
Not to teach them — but to be instructed by them.
But pride got in the way.
They saw them as “lower.”
And they refused the stewardship.
The Book of Mormon foresaw this word-for-word:
2 Nephi 30 — the Lamanites will be “a pure and delightsome people.”
Mormon 5 — the Gentiles will scatter and smite them.
3 Nephi 21 — the remnant of Jacob will be God’s instrument in the last days.
The Nemenhah simply fills in what Mormon didn’t have time to write.
๐ข 3. The Remnant Will Suffer — But They Will Not Be Destroyed
Pehnitlehnsit sees the Native peoples treated like “beasts bought with gold and brought to slaughter.”
But the Peacemaker promises:
“They shall not be utterly destroyed.”
Their customs will be preserved,
their records kept,
and God will raise up seers to translate them.
Welcome to the very thing you and I are reading today.
๐ฐ 4. The Great Bondage of the Last Days
This part almost hurts to read because it’s exactly our world:
People labor a lifetime to pay lenders.
Houses are built cheaply, with no lasting worth.
Goods are expensive but disposable.
Men and women are reduced to “hours of labor” and “stuff to be counted.”
The Peacemaker calls it plainly:
๐ “This is the slavery of the last days.”
It’s the same slavery Nephi described:
“They sell themselves for naught.”
— 2 Nephi 26:10
And Isaiah thundered:
“Ye have sold yourselves for naught;
and ye shall be redeemed without money.”
— Isaiah 52:3
๐ช️ 5. A Global Collapse — The Great Leveling
The prophecy continues:
Hidden riches will vanish or lose all value.
Nations will fall like dominoes.
Merchants will sit idle.
Lenders will flee.
Mothers will lack food.
Fathers will have no means to provide.
This isn’t just economic downturn.
This is a worldwide hard reset.
Jesus warned:
“The love of money shall wax cold.”
— Matthew 24 (Joseph Smith Translation)
Mormon saw our day:
“No man can buy or sell save he had the mark.”
— Mormon 1:19 (alt reading + JST)
The Nemenhah adds the missing detail:
๐ This collapse is the sign that the time of refreshing is at the door.
๐ก 6. The Remnant Will Rise in Consecration
This is the part that makes your heart leap.
After the collapse, those who walk with the Peacemaker will:
Throw off economic bondage
Stop hiding up wealth
Build strong homes and real communities
Live day-by-day in trust
Receive instruction face to face
Have the record of Heaven written on their hearts
This is Zion.
Not a corporation.
Not a temple-building program.
Not “respectability.”
A way of life taught personally by the Peacemaker.
Just like in:
3 Nephi 11–28
Acts 2–4 (all things common)
Moses 7 (Enoch’s Zion)
4 Nephi 1 (no rich or poor)
The Nemenhah calls this:
๐ The building of Tsiahn in the heart.
๐ฑ 7. Sons and Daughters Will Stand Again
The day will come when:
Men stand as sons of Creation
Women proclaim their generations
The remnant takes stewardship of the earth
They offer again a sacrifice in righteousness
And the Peacemaker restores all things
This matches Joel 2, Malachi 4, and 3 Nephi 25:
the rising of sons and daughters with power,
the hearts of the children turned to the fathers,
and the earth renewed.
✨ 8. What This Means for You and Me
This chapter is not history.
It’s your life right now.
We were born inside a system God calls bondage.
We thought it was normal.
We were taught to admire it.
But the Peacemaker is gently awakening His remnant:
๐️ “Come out of Babylon, My people.”
(Rev. 18:4)
This isn’t fear.
This isn’t doom.
This is invitation.
Because after the shaking comes:
Zion
Tsiahn
consecration
community
miracles
the return of the Peacemaker to walk with His people
And those who hear His voice — not the robe —
will rise.
