๐ŸŒŒ THE EYES OF UNDERSTANDING

Most people think seeing with spiritual eyes means having some dramatic vision.
But the truth runs deeper.

This little book begins by naming the enemies of spiritual sight — and every one of them is as real today as it was in ancient times:

unbelief, fear, discouragement, stress, addiction, and sin.

Then it names the quiet killers — the ones that disguise themselves as virtue:

cultural conformity, groupthink, and false humility.

All of them veil our eyes. They dim the light that was meant to shine from within.

๐Ÿ”‘ THE REVELATORY PROGRESSION

The author — a humble servant of the Lord whose writings at Pure Revelations focus on preparing the Lord’s servants for His coming — outlines what he calls a revelatory progression:

  1. Feel the Spirit.

  2. Hear a word.

  3. Hear a phrase.

  4. Carry on a conversation with the Lord.

  5. Speak with messengers.

  6. Discern the adversary.

  7. See with your spiritual eyes.

  8. Behold the Savior, and then the Father and Mother.

Each level opens as faith deepens. The author warns that seeing is not given to satisfy curiosity, but to serve the work of redemption.

He even includes exercises — ways to practice seeing, hearing, touching, smelling, and doing — with the Spirit. In other words, to live as if heaven is near.

๐Ÿ•Š️ THE CHRIST TEST

Now let’s measure this teaching by the only true standard:

“Does it draw us to Jesus?”

The book’s best parts do. It invites humility, repentance, and daily communion with the Savior. It reminds us that revelation begins in the heart before it opens in the eyes.

But there’s a caution here.
When seeing becomes the goal instead of knowing Him, it can twist.
Lucifer fell from heaven not for lack of light — but for love of his own.

So the real message isn’t “learn to see angels.”
It’s “learn to hear and obey the Voice.”

๐Ÿ“œ SCRIPTURE CONFIRMATIONS

Bible:

“Lord, open his eyes that he may see.” — 2 Kings 6:17
“Immediately there fell from his eyes as it had been scales.” — Acts 9:18

Elisha’s servant saw chariots of fire only after the prophet prayed for his sight to be restored.
Paul saw only after being struck blind by the glory of Christ.
Seeing always followed surrender.

Book of Mormon:

“Their souls were illuminated by the light of the everlasting word.” — Alma 32:35
“Their eyes were opened and they did know their Redeemer.” — 3 Nephi 19:25

Every time someone’s eyes open in the Book of Mormon, it’s after the baptism of fire.
That’s the pattern: repentance → faith → Spirit → sight.

Nemenhah Records:

“When the eyes of the people were anointed in the Tuhhuhl Nuhmehn, they saw the things of heaven while yet in the flesh.” — Book of Ohuhgohuh 8
“He who seeth through the Haymehnay beholdeth truth without deceit.” — Book of Hayneht Paynieht Ahkehkt 4

The Nemenhah show us that the opening of spiritual eyes is not a gift for prophets only — it’s part of the covenant of the Peacemaker.
To see with purity is to live in harmony.
To see with pride is to fall into darkness.

๐Ÿ”ฅ THE INVITATION

So what does this mean for us — the scattered remnant of believers trying to find Zion again?

It means this: you already have eyes to see.
You were born with them. But like a mirror covered in dust, they must be cleansed by truth.

When the Savior said,

“Blessed are your eyes, for they see,”
He wasn’t talking about physical sight.
He meant the heart that discerns Him in all things.

And if you still doubt — remember Lehi’s dream.
Many followed the man in the white robe into darkness.
Only those who clung to the iron rod — the Voice of Christ — reached the Tree of Life.

So don’t chase the robe.
Don’t chase the thrill of visions.
Chase Him.

And when your spiritual eyes open — they will see not only angels and light —
but the love that was always there, waiting for you to believe.

๐Ÿ™ FINAL REFLECTION

The How to Open Your Spiritual Eyes booklet is a precious gift,
written by one whose mission, like yours and mine, is to prepare the servants of the Lord.

“Come unto Me, and I will give unto you light.” — 3 Nephi 11

You don’t need the pineal gland cleansed — you need the heart sanctified.
You don’t need special exercises — you need faith in Jesus Christ.
When He opens your eyes, you’ll see that the kingdom of God was never far away.
