Drawing Closer to the Savior

☀️ Drawing Closer to the Savior: A Simple Path

Sometimes it’s not about doing more.

It’s about stillness.

About returning.

About hearing His voice again.

Here’s a path He’s shown me—a path that’s simple, quiet, and true.

🌿 Step 1: Be Still and Listen

“Feast upon the words of Christ… they will tell you all things.”

(2 Nephi 32:3)

• Spiritual life can get noisy—full of to-do’s and meetings

• But Christ doesn’t speak through noise. He speaks in stillness

• The Nemenhah say:

“The Peacemaker shall walk with them… for His voice is soft and piercing.”

(Tsihohnayah 14:7)

If you want to find Him,

be still.

He’s already near.

πŸ”₯ Step 2: Enter the Way—not Just the Water

“Follow the Son… with real intent, repenting… and be baptized.”

(2 Nephi 31:13)

• The Lord’s way is more than tradition—it’s transformation

• The covenant path leads beyond outward form, into inward fire

• The Nemenhah remind us:

“Be sanctified, that ye may enter into the presence of the Lord while yet in the flesh.”

(Shi‑Tugohah 5:22)

Walk with Him by covenant, not just custom.

By heart, not habit.

πŸ•Š Step 3: Receive the Holy Ghost—and Follow Him

“If ye will enter in by the way, and receive the Holy Ghost, it will show unto you all things what ye should do.”

(2 Nephi 32:5)

• The Spirit doesn’t just teach—He walks with you

• He speaks through scripture, silence, prayer, and sudden light

• The true Remnant learns to follow whispers, not programs

Let Him lead.

You’re not alone.

πŸ’¬ Final Thought – A Heart That Knocks

This isn’t about religion as expectation.

It’s about relationship—and that begins with a simple knock.

It’s a heart that whispers, “I want You.”

And the Savior responds:

“Knock, and it shall be opened unto you.”

(Matthew 7:7)

Knocking isn’t loud.

It’s not perfect.

It’s real.

It’s surrender.

And when you knock in love,

He opens everything.
