π‘️ Is Mohrhohnahyah Really Moroni? The Voice That Echoes Beyond the Plates
Most folks think Moroni disappeared after sealing up the gold plates. He vanishes into the hills of Cumorah, alone and silent. But what if that wasn’t the end?
In the Nemenhah Records, another voice picks up the pen — a prophet named Mohrhohnahyah. At first glance, it seems like just another Nephite offshoot. But when you really read his words, you start to feel it:
π️ This is the same man.
π The Name Matches Mohrhohnahyah is just a phonetic echo of “Moroni.” The Nemenhah often shift spellings:
Tsi Tuhgohhah = Corianton
Pah Hehmehntah = Isabel
Tsihmlayi = Sam
Same soul. Different sound.
π The Timeline Aligns Moroni finishes the record after his father Mormon’s death. Alone. Wandering. Hunted. Just like Mohrhohnahyah says he was.
"I lived long after the passing of my father... and wandered many years alone before I came among the Nemenhah."
He didn’t die. He didn’t vanish. He continued the work.
π The Mission Matches In the Book of Mormon:
"I speak unto you as if ye were present, and yet ye are not... Jesus Christ hath shown you unto me." (Mormon 8:35)
In the Nemenhah:
"Because of the record... they shall look again within and find there the blood of their fathers crying in the wilderness." (Mohrhohnahyah 13:48)
Same voice. Same prophetic fire.
πΌ He Became the Angel Joseph Smith said Moroni was the angel who gave him the plates:
"He said his name was Moroni, that God had a work for me to do."
And Mohrhohnahyah describes transfiguration — walking the Way, speaking with the Lord face to face, and being taken by the Spirit. Not unlike Nephi. Not unlike John. Not unlike angels.
"To walk upon the Way is the beginning of the Calling and Election... to speak with Him face to face."
π± A Message for Now Moroni sealed the record for the Gentiles. But Mohrhohnahyah speaks directly to the remnant— to you and me, if we’ve got ears to hear.
He calls the little flock. He warns the corrupt churches. He testifies of Zion’s return.
And now we know — this was his voice all along.
πͺΆ The Last Prophet of the Book… and the First Prophet of the Remnant So is Mohrhohnahyah really Moroni?
I say yes.
Not just because of language. Not just because of timeline. But because of the testimony. The tone. The truth.
He bore his father’s record. Then he bore his own. Then he bore the angel’s trumpet.
Same man. Same mission. Same call:
Come out of Babylon. Walk the Way. Build Zion.
