Return to the Father — Real Priesthood, Real Relationship

๐Ÿ”ฅ Return to the Father — Real Priesthood, Real Relationship

(A witness confirmed by scripture and the Spirit)

๐Ÿ•Š️ A Word of Love First

I need to say this up front.

This dear cousin and her family are one of the reasons I woke up spiritually.

Their love for the Savior, their closeness to Him, the way they live—it stirred something deep in me years ago. There were times in their home when the Spirit was so thick you could almost reach out and touch it. Angels were there.

Reading her words in this post brought all of that back. It burned in my heart as truth.

Everything she shared lines up perfectly with what the Spirit has been teaching me for years—what I’ve found in the Savior’s own words, in the Book of Mormon, in Joseph’s early teachings, and in the Nemenhah Records.

This isn’t just good counsel. This is the plain doctrine of Christ.

But first…

๐Ÿ‘‰ Please go read her post for yourself. It’s beautiful. It even has music that will touch your heart.

Now, here’s why her words matter so much—and how scripture confirms every piece of what she shared.

๐Ÿ‘‘ Real Authority Comes from Relationship

"Authority comes from a relationship with the Lord."

Yes. A thousand times yes.

The scriptures agree:

✅ Savior’s Words – “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me” (John 10:27). Real priesthood starts when He knows you.

✅ Book of Mormon – “They were called after this holy order… because of their exceeding faith and good works”(Alma 13:3).

✅ Joseph Smith – “A man is not saved faster than he gets knowledge.” Knowledge of Him, not men.

✅ Nemenhah – “They boast of priesthood, yet they have not sought the face of the Peacemaker. Authority is not of man but of the Spirit which sanctifies” (Mohrhohnahyah, Ch. 4).

If you wonder whether you have God’s authority, don’t look to men.

Pray:
"Lord, what is my relationship with You? How do You see me?"

๐Ÿ  The Prodigal Son Path

She wrote about realizing she was the prodigal, not the faithful son—and that’s the key.

The Lord Himself said:

“While he was still a long way off, his father saw him… ran to his son, threw his arms around him and kissed him” (Luke 15:20).

The Nemenhah agree:

“The Peacemaker comes forth to meet all who return. Even when they are far off, He goes out to them” (Tsihohnayah Ahkehkthihm, Ch. 13).

It doesn’t matter how far you’ve wandered.

He runs to meet you.

๐Ÿ”ฅ The Baptism of Fire

Paul taught it in Acts 19.

The Book of Mormon repeated it.

The Nemenhah confirmed it.

✅ “After ye are baptized with water… then cometh the baptism of fire and of the Holy Ghost” (2 Nephi 31:13).

✅ “The water is the sign, but the Haymehnay is the witness. Without His burning, the water is nothing” (Second Book of Tsi Muhayl, Ch. 8).

Ask Him:
"Do I need to be baptized—or re-baptized—as a witness to You?"

๐Ÿ‘‚ Discernment: Your Greatest Gift

She warned about familiar spirits imitating God’s voice.

The scriptures confirm it:

✅ “That which enticeth to do good… is inspired of God” (Moroni 7:13).

✅ “Thy mind, O man… must commune with God” (Lectures on Faith 6).

✅ “The Haymehnay is the key of discernment. Without it, even the righteous may be deceived” (Ayahtsuhway, Nemenhah).

Write down what you hear.

If it leads to humility and love, it’s from Him.

⚔️ Expect Failure, but Keep Climbing

She said this path is like a spiral seashell—upward, but full of slips and falls.

The Nemenhah say it, too:

“Even the holy ones are sometimes deceived, but the Peacemaker gives light again… and the fall becomes a step upward”(Mohrhohnahyah, Ch. 5).

Don’t fear mistakes. Every stumble can become a step closer to Him.

๐Ÿ’ก The Clog in the Drain

Her analogy was perfect: sometimes one hidden “clog” blocks the flow of the Spirit.

Ask Him:
"Lord, what is the clog in my heart?"

Write down what He tells you. Clear it.

๐Ÿ”ฅ The True Priesthood Is Love

"Your level of priesthood merely signifies your relationship with the Lord."

The Savior, Joseph, the Book of Mormon, and the Nemenhah all say the same.

Titles, offices, and interviews mean nothing without Him.

๐Ÿ™ Final Witness

I’ll say it again—her words are true.

It’s no surprise. Her family walks with the Savior. Their lives shine with Him, and this message comes from that place of love and light.

If you’re wondering where to begin, pray the Prodigal Son’s prayer:

"Father, I’ve strayed. Can I come home?"

He will run to meet you. Every time.
