Zion Is Calling — Are We Even Listening?

πŸ›Ž️ Zion Is Calling — Are We Even Listening?

This one hits a little different.

These aren’t just punchlines — they’re wake-up calls.
Little truth-bombs wrapped in plain clothes.
Zingers with a mission.

They came to me like whispers from the Lord.
Not to tear down — but to tear the veil.
To shake us gently… then shake us hard.

I don’t know about you, but I needed every one of these.

So here they are — the ones that cut deep, burn bright, and point straight toward Zion.

🀐 “We’ve been told to stay in line — but the Lord asks us to stand with Him.”

Even if it means stepping out of the crowd.
Even if it means standing alone.
Because truth doesn’t ride in caravans.
It walks on water.
And it calls you by name.

πŸ“£ “We think bearing a testimony means repeating five safe phrases.”

“I know the Church is true” isn’t a testimony.
“He spoke to me last night” is.
Stop parroting. Start witnessing.
You’ve felt Him. Say so.
That’s what the world needs now.

πŸ•Š️ “We keep asking for revelation — but won’t make room for it.”

Too much noise.
Too many meetings.
Not enough stillness.
The still, small voice hasn’t gone silent.
We’ve just turned up the volume on everything else.

πŸ›️ “We built temples with granite — but forgot how to be temples of light.”

We fund buildings.
He’s trying to fund hearts.

⛪ “We trusted the system — and lost the Spirit.”

The checklist can’t replace the Comforter.
And a handbook won’t hold you when you cry.

πŸ‘” “We dressed up for sacrament — but never undressed our souls.”

God doesn’t care about your tie.
He wants your tears.
Your truth.
Your trembling.

🎭 “We’ve confused reverence with silence — and faith with performance.”

The Spirit moves.
But we told it to sit still.
Heaven’s not asking for your best behavior.
It’s asking for your whole heart.

πŸ’§ “We baptized with water — but never got to the fire.”

That’s not a full conversion.
That’s just getting wet.
The Spirit is waiting to finish what the font started.

🎒 “We love signs and wonders — but ignore the whisper.”

We chase earthquakes and angels.
But miss the hush of heaven.
It’s not that He’s not talking.
It’s that we won’t shut up.

πŸ“¦ “We’ve boxed up God — and called it doctrine.”

He doesn’t live in your manuals.
Or your flowcharts.
He breaks out.
He breaks in.
And He’s coming for your heart.

πŸšͺ “We told people the Church was the gate — but Jesus said He was.”

Membership isn’t the milestone.
He is.
And His arms are open — even when the chapel doors are not.

πŸŽ“ “We teach the doctrine — but not the doctrine of Christ.”

Lots of lessons.
No power.
Repent. Be baptized. Receive the Holy Ghost.
That’s the sermon heaven still gives.

πŸ“– “We say we love the Book of Mormon — but ignore the parts that correct us.”

You know the ones.
Where it says the Gentiles fall.
Where it warns about pride.
Where it calls out us.

πŸ’’ “We rebranded Zion — and made Babylon look like church.”

Flashing lights.
Flattering speeches.
But no consecration.
No communion.
No Christ.

πŸ› “We chase callings — but ignore our calling.”

You weren’t born to manage a ward.
You were born to walk with God.
He didn’t ask for a program.
He asked for your presence.

🧠 “We’ve replaced revelation with research.”

Spiritual things are spiritually discerned.
Google can’t translate the Holy Ghost.
You’ve got to feel it.
Or you’ll miss it.

πŸ’Έ “We pay tithing like a tax — and expect blessings like a refund.”

He’s not a vending machine.
He’s a Father.
Give with a broken heart.
Not a calculator.

πŸ₯ “We made General Conference louder than the still, small voice.”

You took notes.
But did you ask Him what He’s saying?
Prophets don’t replace Jesus.
They point to Him.

🚫 “We fear apostasy — but never fear missing Christ.”

You guard the gate.
But He walked right by you.
And you didn’t even notice.

πŸ” “We look for signs of the Second Coming — but ignore the signs in our own soul.”

You want earthquakes?
Look inside.
He’s shaking you awake.
Right now.

🧱 “We’ve built strong institutions — and weak disciples.”

We raised budgets.
Lowered standards.
And called it growth.

πŸ₯€ “We preach eternal families — but don’t know how to love each other now.”

We yell in the kitchen.
Then whisper in Sunday School.
Heaven starts at home.
Or it doesn’t start at all.

πŸ•°️ “We wait for Zion — while living like Babylon.”

You’re not just waiting.
You’re becoming.
One or the other.
Zion doesn’t grow in double minds.

πŸ›Ž️ “We’ve mistaken spiritual urgency for spiritual anxiety.”

You don’t need to hustle harder.
You need to kneel deeper.
It’s not about doing more.
It’s about hearing Him.

🎬 “We turned worship into a performance — and forgot the audience was Him.”

Clapping doesn’t move the heavens.
Broken hearts do.

🌾 “We plant seeds — but rip them out when they don’t grow fast enough.”

Wait on the Lord.
Trust His timing.
You’re not failing —
you’re growing.

🎯 “We aim for worthiness — and miss holiness.”

Worthiness checks your record.
Holiness breaks your heart.
And remakes it.

πŸ—£️ “We say 'lead me, Lord' — but only if it’s comfortable.”

He won’t always lead you to safety.
Sometimes He leads you to fire.
To refine.
To awaken.
To become.

🧍 “We say we’ll stand for truth — but only if someone else stands first.”

He’s not looking for crowds.
He’s looking for you.
To stand.
Even if it costs everything.

πŸ‘‘ “We preach Jesus the King — but follow men like royalty.”

Honor is good.
Idolatry is not.
Only One deserves your full allegiance.
He wore no crown but thorns.

⚖️ “We measure obedience — but forget to measure love.”

Love is the law.
Everything else hangs on it.
If your religion makes you colder,
you missed the whole point.

🚦 “We wait for a church leader to say ‘go’ — but the Lord already did.”

He said follow Me.
He didn’t say wait for permission.

πŸ—“️ “We think Zion is coming someday — but heaven is checking your calendar today.”

This moment matters.
This choice.
This hour.
Zion is built in now.

πŸ”‡ “We silenced the prophets — by drowning them in applause.”

You clapped.
But did you change?
Real prophets don’t just inspire.
They disrupt.

🧍‍♂️ “We fear standing alone — but forget that’s where Jesus always starts.”

He called one boy in a grove.
He calls you now.
Don’t wait for the crowd.
Be the voice in the wilderness.

Let the Spirit confirm what He wants you to hear.
Let go of the noise, the fear, the traditions of men.
Zion isn’t waiting on headquarters.

She’s waiting on you.

πŸ•Š️ Come, Zion. It’s time.
