🔑 Day 3: The Law of Asking – Why Heaven Waits for the Knock

“If you are struggling with the ability to receive revelation, ask the Lord if He will give this gift to you. Asking opens the doors of Heaven. I call this the ‘Law of Asking.’”

🚪 ASK… THEN ASK AGAIN

There’s a law in heaven that few speak about:
You don’t receive until you ask.

Not because God is stingy.
But because asking awakens us.

“Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.” (Matthew 7:7)

You cannot bypass the veil
by standing quietly in front of it.
You must knock.
You must open your mouth.
You must ask for the gift.

📜 THE SCRIPTURES SPEAK

Book of Mormon:

“And whatsoever thing ye shall ask the Father in my name, which is right, believing that ye shall receive, behold it shall be given unto you.” (3 Nephi 18:20)
“If ye will not harden your hearts, ask me in faith, believing that ye shall receive, with diligence in keeping my commandments, surely these things shall be made known unto you.” (1 Nephi 15:11)

Doctrine and Covenants:

“You have not understood; you have supposed that I would give it unto you, when you took no thought save it was to ask me.” (D&C 9:7)

“When the Seeker bends the knee and opens the mouth, the Aylohhihm do open the veil little by little, according to the desire and the asking.”

🧭 DON’T WAIT FOR WORTHINESS—ASK FOR THE GIFT

If you feel like revelation doesn’t work for you…
If you feel blocked…
If you feel like you’re not worthy enough…
ASK anyway.

Ask to receive the gift of asking.
Ask to believe again.
Ask for the door to open.

Don’t wait until you feel holy.
That’s not faith—that’s performance.

The Lord is a Father.
He waits for the child to look up and say,

“Abba… will You teach me to hear You?”

And that moment?
The heavens begin to move.

🙏 INVITATION

Today, ask.
Out loud. On paper. On your knees.
In the car. On the porch. With a tear in your eye.

Ask for the gift of revelation.
Ask for the Second Comforter.
Ask for the door to be opened.

And then write this down:

“I asked. I will keep asking. I will not stop.”

The law of asking is not complicated.
It’s just underused.
