✨ Those Who Walk With Jesus — Part 46 ✨
Jesus, I Love You

📝 Their Message (Summary)
Sometimes words just tumble out like finger paints on butcher paper—messy, childlike, but full of love. This post is one of those times. It is not theology, not debate, not doctrine—it is simply love for Jesus.

He is the reason for living.
He is in every vibration of the soul.
His gift is incomprehensible.

We try to prove our love by works, sacrifices, devotion. But nothing we do is ever enough. And yet—He receives our love in its simplest form: whispered gratitude, quiet prayers, eyes lifted to a sunset, or delight at the small miracles of creation. A chubby caterpillar, a slithering snake, a heart-shaped rock, the sweep of mountains—they all shout His love if we will see it.

The truth: Jesus doesn’t ask us to prove ourselves worthy of Him. He just asks us to love Him.

🔥 My Reflection
I can’t count how many times I’ve felt I had to “do more” to prove my love to Christ. More reading, more prayer, more sacrifice. And sometimes, all of that still left me feeling inadequate.

But here’s the miracle: He doesn’t require me to impress Him. He simply asks me to turn my heart toward Him. He takes the smallest, simplest expression of love—my halting prayers, my messy attempts at gratitude—and He calls it enough.

Love doesn’t need polish. It doesn’t need grand gestures. It just needs to be real.

🕊️ The Invitation
Today, forget performance. Forget trying to prove yourself. Just love Him. Whisper it, sing it, write it in your journal, notice it in creation, breathe it in with the evening air.

Pray simply:
“Jesus, I love You. Thank You for loving me first. Teach me to rest in Your love.”

📖 Scriptures to Ponder

  • “We love Him, because He first loved us.” — 1 John 4:19

  • “Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.” — Matthew 22:37

  • “With His stripes we are healed.” — Isaiah 53:5
