๐ฅ When the Wicked Destroy the Wicked — A Call to Hear the Voice
๐ฅ When the Wicked Destroy the Wicked — A Call to Hear the Voice
๐️ “Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10
๐ A World on Fire
It seems that every week, we hear of another tragedy — another church burned, another city torn apart, another soul lost to senseless violence. Just recently, a Latter-day Saint chapel in Michigan was shot up and burned to the ground, leaving families grieving and hearts aching.
The Church responded with letters and policies, with new rules about situational awareness, entrances, and safety procedures. But let’s be honest — that’s not going to stop what’s coming.
These are the birth pains of Babylon’s fall.
Governments are turning on their own people. Cities are defying nations. And soon, as the prophets have said, the wicked shall destroy the wicked — until nothing of pride or empire remains standing.
๐ Prophesied Long Ago
The Lord told Nephi that in the last days, “the nations of the Gentiles shall be drunken with iniquity and all manner of abominations” (2 Nephi 27:1). Isaiah saw it too: “Every man’s sword shall be against his brother” (Isaiah 19:2).
And in the Nemenhah Records, the Peacemaker warned:
“When the hearts of the people wax cold, the wicked shall fall upon the wicked, and the land shall burn with their own anger.”
— Tsihohnayah Ahkehkthihm 14:68–70
We’re seeing it now.
The anger of man has replaced the peace of God. Babylon is beginning to devour itself — politically, economically, spiritually.
⚔️ “If the Lord Commands You, Take Up Arms… But Don’t Expect Him To”
There’s an old Nemenhah saying that fits these times perfectly:
“If the Lord commands you to take up arms, take them up.
But do not suppose that He delights in the arm of flesh.”
— Book of Hahgohtl 5:9–10
That’s the balance we’ve lost.
The answer isn’t more guns or new policies — it’s more listening to the Spirit.
Because when the destruction comes (and it’s already beginning), the only safety will be spiritual direction — knowing when to move, where to go, who to trust.
No law, no government, no church building will save us if we aren’t guided daily by the Holy Ghost.
๐ฅ The Fall of Babylon
The Book of Mormon prophesied that the great and abominable church — that spiritual Babylon — would eventually crumble:
“They shall war among themselves; and the sword of their own hands shall fall upon their own heads.”
— 1 Nephi 22:13
Isaiah saw the same vision:
“Babylon, the glory of kingdoms… shall be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah.”
— Isaiah 13:19
And the Nemenhah confirmed it in their day:
“The Refuge shall be raised up while the nations contend;
and Zion shall be hid in plain sight, for the proud cannot see her.”
— Tsihohnayah Ahkehkthihm 14:73–74
๐️ The True Refuge
So where do we go?
The answer isn’t physical relocation — it’s spiritual translation.
It’s to live as the Nemenhah lived — walking with the Peacemaker until the Haymehnay (Holy Ghost) shows you where to dwell and how to survive.
Zion is not built by fear.
It’s built by hearing and obeying the living Voice of the Savior.
The scriptures all agree on this pattern:
Noah built an ark after hearing the Lord’s voice.
Lehi left Jerusalem after hearing the Lord’s voice.
The Nemenhah fled to their mountains after hearing the Lord’s voice.
And in the end times, the remnant will be gathered in the same way — by hearing the Voice, not by following the robe.
๐ชถ Wake Up, Saints
Each day the world slips further into chaos. But the Lord is still whispering.
He’s not calling us to panic — He’s calling us to prepare.
“The Refuge of Zion shall not be defended by swords,
but by the hearts of the pure.”
— Tsihohnayah Ahkehkthihm 14:72
This is the time to repent, to cast off fear, and to draw near to the Spirit.
Because when the storms rage — and they will — it will be His still, small voice that says, “Go now,” or “Stay here,” or “Lift up your brother.”
๐ Final Thought
The wicked will destroy the wicked.
Babylon will fall.
But the humble, the meek, the pure in heart — they will be gathered, led, and protected by the Peacemaker Himself.
So now’s the time, friend.
Not to stockpile or scheme — but to listen.
To clear out the noise of the world until you can hear Him again.
Because that Voice is the only true security plan that’s ever worked.
