“How to Hear the Savior When He Changes the Way He Speaks to You”

(Based on Video #15 — “Talk With Jesus Daily” Series)

Hello friends.
It’s just me again…
an old man from the sticks
trying to walk honestly with the Savior
and learning — sometimes the hard way —
that Jesus doesn’t always talk to you the same way forever.

That’s what Video 15 is all about:

What do you do when Jesus changes the way
He communicates with you?

Because if you don’t understand the change,
you’ll think something is wrong.
You’ll think you drifted.
You’ll think He left you.
You’ll think you lost the Spirit.

But the truth is much sweeter…

He’s not leaving you.
He’s advancing you.

Walk with me a minute.
This one hits home.

πŸ”„ 1) Jesus Changes His Communication Style as You Grow

Think about it:

A parent doesn’t talk to a newborn
the same way they talk to a teenager.

We do the same thing with new believers
vs. mature disciples.

When you first come to Christ,
the revelation often feels big:

• strong warmth
• big emotions
• clear impressions
• obvious miracles
• dramatic answers
• powerful confirmations

Why?

Because you’re a spiritual child
just learning the sound of His voice.

But as you grow…

He slows the intensity
so you can learn to walk by faith,
not by spiritual fireworks.

The Book of Mormon says:

“Ye receive no witness
until after the trial of your faith.”

— Ether 12:6

Children get reassurance.
Adults get responsibility.

🌬 2) When Jesus Speaks Softer — It Means He Trusts You More

This is the tender truth of Video 15:

Heaven quiets as you mature.

Why?

Because He knows you can handle it.

He knows you already know His voice.
He knows you don’t need a sign for every step.
He knows your roots are deeper now.
He knows your spirit is steadier.
He knows your walk is stronger.

The Nemenhah Records say:

“The Peacemaker whispers most
to those whose hearts are seasoned.”

The whisper isn’t distance.
It’s graduation.

πŸ”Ž 3) The Enemy Wants You to Panic When the Communication Changes

Whenever Jesus shifts HOW He speaks,
the adversary jumps in with lies:

✘ “You lost the Spirit.”

✘ “You’re no longer worthy.”

✘ “God is disappointed.”

✘ “You’re doing something wrong.”

✘ “He’s gone.”

But listen to Jesus’s own promise:

“I will never leave thee nor forsake thee.”
— Hebrews 13:5

Never.

Not for a minute.
Not for a day.
Not in your darkest hour.
Not even when you can’t feel Him at all.

Your feelings can change.
Your seasons can change.
Your communication patterns can change.

But He does not change.

πŸ“‘ 4) Why Jesus Changes the Way He Speaks to You

Video 15 gives three beautiful reasons:

1) To teach you to trust His character, not your emotions

Emotions rise and fall.
His character doesn’t.

2) To train you for deeper revelation

Once you trust the whisper,
He can trust you with more.

3) To prepare you for harder days ahead

We are entering prophetic times.
Zion requires disciples who can hear Him in:

• silence
• storms
• trials
• transitions
• darkness
• uncertainty

Quiet revelation is Zion training.

🧎‍♂️ 5) When His Voice Changes, Your Response Must Change Too

If you try to hear Jesus today
the same way you heard Him at the beginning,
you’ll get discouraged.

You’re not in the kindergarten phase anymore.
You’re growing.

So here’s what you do when the communication shifts:

✔ Slow down

The whisper requires stillness.

✔ Listen longer

Quiet revelation takes time.

✔ Trust small impressions

They’re just as divine as the big ones.

✔ Remember previous answers

He rarely repeats Himself.

✔ Act on the faintest nudge

Obedience opens clarity.

✔ Expect growth, not repetition

You’re not going backward —
you’re leveling up.

πŸ•― 6) You Can Recognize Jesus Even When He Speaks Differently

He has a signature.

It never changes.

No matter how softly He speaks,
His voice is always:

• peaceful
• clean
• gentle
• loving
• intelligent
• truthful
• clarifying
• calming
• hopeful

The Savior’s voice always produces the fruit of the Spirit:

“Love, joy, peace,
longsuffering, gentleness, goodness,
faith.”

— Galatians 5:22

If it brings these fruits —
it’s Him.

Even if the form changes.

πŸ•Š 7) What Jesus Wants You to Know Today

Here’s the message of Video 15 in one healing sentence:

“I’m not speaking less —
you’re maturing, so I’m speaking differently.”

This isn’t loss.
This isn’t failure.
This isn’t distance.
This isn’t punishment.

This is growth.
This is graduation.
This is advancement.

The whisper is His way of saying:
“I trust you now.”

Walk with Him.
You’re closer than you think.
