๐ŸŒ… The Knowledge Wheel

๐ŸŒ… The Knowledge Wheel

Awakening to Light and Learning to Hear the Peacemaker

๐Ÿชถ As we continued building the Sacred Wheels of the Nemenhah, something became increasingly clear:

Everything begins with light.

Not domination.

Not control.

Not blind obedience.

Light.

Understanding.

Awakening.

Learning to see clearly.

That realization eventually became:

The Knowledge Wheel.

And honestly, this wheel may be one of the most important of all.

Because without true knowledge:

  • sacrifice can become manipulation,
  • virtue can become legalism,
  • consecration can become forced control,
  • and religion itself can become Babylon wearing sacred clothing.

The records repeatedly point people back toward something much deeper:

living light.

๐ŸŒฟ One thing that stands out over and over in the Nemenhah teachings is that knowledge is not treated merely as information.

It is relational.

Experiential.

Spiritual.

The goal is not simply “knowing facts.”

The goal is learning how to:

  • hear correctly,
  • see correctly,
  • discern correctly,
  • and walk in harmony with truth itself.

That is a very different kind of knowledge.

๐ŸŒ… SEEK LIGHT

The journey begins with seeking.

Questions.

Hunger.

Awakening.

The records repeatedly honor people who:

  • search,
  • ask,
  • listen,
  • ponder,
  • and remain teachable.

One of the most dangerous conditions in the records is not ignorance.

It is the belief that:

“we already know enough.”

Once people stop seeking light, stagnation begins.

And eventually pride follows.

The Waywalker learns that humility keeps the soul open to revelation.

That matters deeply.

☀️ LEARN THROUGH LIFE

One thing I love about the Nemenhah worldview is that wisdom is learned through living.

Not merely through institutions.

Not merely through memorization.

But through:

  • stewardship,
  • family,
  • sacrifice,
  • councils,
  • labor,
  • suffering,
  • relationships,
  • and walking the Way itself.

Life becomes the classroom.

The records repeatedly show people learning through experience:

  • failures,
  • consequences,
  • repentance,
  • healing,
  • and service.

That kind of learning changes a person more deeply than information alone ever can.

๐ŸŒ„ DISCERNMENT & TESTING

This may be one of the most important parts of the wheel today.

The records repeatedly warn about deception.

False appearances.

Corrupt leadership.

Pride.

Flattery.

Manipulation.

And systems that slowly drift away from the Way while still appearing religious outwardly.

That means knowledge must eventually mature into:

discernment.

Not cynicism.

Discernment.

The ability to:

  • test fruits,
  • recognize imbalance,
  • separate truth from performance,
  • and remain teachable without becoming gullible.

Honestly?
That takes wisdom.

And usually suffering too.

❄️ WISDOM & UNDERSTANDING

Eventually knowledge ripens into wisdom.

And wisdom feels different from intellectual pride.

Wisdom becomes:

  • quieter,
  • steadier,
  • more peaceful,
  • more compassionate,
  • less reactive,
  • and less concerned with proving superiority.

The records repeatedly point toward people becoming:

balanced.

Not merely informed.

A wise person begins understanding:

  • timing,
  • stewardship,
  • relationships,
  • consequences,
  • and the deeper spirit behind outward things.

That kind of understanding cannot be rushed.

๐Ÿชถ One thing I’ve slowly realized is that true knowledge almost always produces humility.

Babylon uses knowledge to dominate.

To control.

To elevate status.

To prove superiority.

But the Way of the Peacemaker moves differently.

The more genuine light a person receives…
the more they usually realize:

  • how much they still do not know,
  • how dependent they are on grace,
  • and how careful they should become with judgment.

That changes the spirit of learning completely.

๐ŸŒฟ I also think this wheel quietly explains why the records place such enormous emphasis on remembering.

Because forgetting truth eventually produces imbalance.

And imbalance eventually produces collapse.

The people repeatedly fell into trouble when they:

  • forgot the poor,
  • forgot stewardship,
  • forgot covenant responsibility,
  • forgot humility,
  • or forgot the Source of light itself.

Knowledge is not merely gained once.

It must be continually renewed.

๐Ÿชถ Honestly, this wheel feels deeply hopeful to me.

Because it means the Way is still open to anyone willing to seek light sincerely.

You do not need to begin as a perfect person.

You simply need:

  • humility,
  • willingness,
  • honesty,
  • and a heart still capable of listening.

The records repeatedly show that revelation flows most clearly into hearts willing to keep learning.

๐ŸŒฟ And maybe that is one of the deepest lessons of all:

The Peacemaker does not force light upon people.

The invitation is always there.

But the soul must remain willing to seek.

That is where the journey begins.

And honestly…
that is where it continues too.

๐Ÿชถ In the next blog, we’ll move into another deeply important pillar:

The Sacrifice Wheel

Not punishment.

Not religious suffering for its own sake.

But learning how surrender, service, and sacrifice transform the soul and help build Zion itself.

๐Ÿชถ NEW SUNDAY SERIES ANNOUNCEMENT

Starting this week and continuing over the coming Sundays, I’ll be sharing a new series called:

๐ŸŒŽ The Sacred Wheels of the Nemenhah

These posts are an attempt to visually and spiritually explore sacred patterns found throughout the Nemenhah records — patterns connected to:

  • stewardship,
  • healing,
  • family,
  • sacrifice,
  • virtue,
  • consecration,
  • sacred balance,
  • and the Way of the Peacemaker.

Over time, these teachings began forming what felt less like isolated doctrines and more like interconnected “wheels” of Zion living.

Not rigid systems.

Living systems.

๐Ÿชถ One of the things that deeply moved me while studying these records was the role of Mohrhohnahyah (Moroni). After witnessing the collapse of his people through war, pride, greed, and division, the records suggest he and others began preserving teachings designed not merely to help people survive…

…but to help future generations learn how to live differently.

More peacefully.

More wisely.

More in harmony with the Peacemaker, creation, and one another.

๐ŸŒฟ These “medicine wheels” are not meant to be New Age symbols or replacements for scripture. They are simply visual teaching tools meant to help us better understand recurring Nemenhah themes:

  • sacred directions,
  • covenant living,
  • stewardship,
  • discernment,
  • healing,
  • and building Zion gradually through transformed hearts.

Honestly, this project has already changed the way I see the records.

Not as disconnected teachings…

…but as one living pattern quietly teaching people how to become a people of enduring peace.

Each Sunday, we’ll walk through one wheel at a time together.

Not academically.

Not dogmatically.

Just… thoughtfully.

Like sitting around a fire talking about how to walk the Way a little better in a troubled world.

๐ŸŒฟ I hope these posts encourage you to:

  • study for yourself,
  • seek the Savior more deeply,
  • think about Zion differently,
  • and listen more carefully for the voice of the Peacemaker in your own life.
