๐ŸŒŽ The Sacred Wheels of the Nemenhah

๐ŸŒŽ The Sacred Wheels of the Nemenhah

A Visual Framework for Zion Living

๐Ÿชถ Over the last little while, something unexpected started happening.

As we studied the Nemenhah records together, the teachings slowly began connecting like living circles instead of isolated doctrines.

The Four Pillars connected to stewardship.

Stewardship connected to healing.

Healing connected to family.

Family connected to councils.

Councils connected to consecration.

Consecration connected back to the sacred directions and the Way of the Peacemaker.

And little by little, a larger pattern began to emerge.

Not just beliefs.

Not just ceremonies.

Not just doctrines.

But a way of life.

A living pattern for becoming a Zion people.

๐ŸŒฟ At first, I honestly thought we were just making a few interesting diagrams.

But the more we studied the records, the more these “wheels” began fitting together like parts of a sacred system.

And eventually I realized something:

These were not random ideas.

They were patterns.

Patterns of balance.

Patterns of stewardship.

Patterns of transformation.

Patterns of healing.

Patterns of family.

Patterns of covenant living.

Patterns of Zion.

๐Ÿ”ฅ Now before somebody says:
“Uh oh… medicine wheels… New Age stuff…”

That’s not what this is.

These images are not copied from random internet medicine wheels or modern spiritual trends.

These wheels came from trying to understand repeated sacred patterns found throughout the Nemenhah records themselves:

  • sacred directions
  • stewardship
  • councils
  • consecration
  • covenant living
  • sacred balance
  • healing
  • transformation
  • generational teaching
  • and the Way of the Peacemaker

The goal here is not to create a religion.

The goal is not to replace scripture.

The goal is not to invent ceremonies.

The goal is simply:

to help visualize the Way.

๐Ÿชถ One thing that deeply stood out to me in the records was how often sacred truths were taught through cycles, journeys, directions, and relationships.

Mohrhohnahyah (Moroni) and other record keepers repeatedly pointed people toward:

  • transformed hearts
  • stewardship instead of domination
  • covenant living
  • sacred responsibility
  • balance with creation
  • preparing future generations
  • and building Zion through the Way of the Peacemaker

Over time, those teachings started forming what felt less like disconnected doctrines and more like interconnected “wheels” of sacred living.

Not rigid systems.

Living systems.

๐ŸŒŽ THE GREAT MEDICINE WHEEL

The Great Medicine Wheel became the “cosmic” wheel.

The foundational pattern.

The sacred directions.

The balance of life.

The relationship between:

  • creation,
  • stewardship,
  • harmony,
  • wisdom,
  • sacrifice,
  • and enduring peace.

This wheel became the root system from which many of the others grew.

๐Ÿšถ THE WAYWALKER’S WHEEL

This wheel focuses on the journey of the soul itself.

Not perfection.

Not performance.

But walking.

Learning.

Failing.

Repenting.

Growing.

Returning.

Walking the Way one season at a time.

This one may honestly be one of my favorites because it reminds me that Zion is not built by flawless people.

It’s built by people willing to keep walking.

⚖️ THE DECISION WHEEL

This wheel surprised me.

I originally thought it would simply be another symbolic image.

Instead, it turned into something deeply practical.

The Decision Wheel asks questions like:

  • Does this bless life?
  • Does this preserve peace?
  • Does this strengthen relationships?
  • Am I acting from fear or wisdom?
  • Am I listening before speaking?
  • Am I building Zion or Babylon?

Honestly… this wheel could apply to:

  • families,
  • businesses,
  • marriages,
  • councils,
  • churches,
  • and daily life.

Zion listens.

Babylon rushes.

That one line alone hit me hard.

๐ŸŒฟ And honestly… there are now many more wheels:

  • Healing
  • Family & Generations
  • Knowledge
  • Sacrifice
  • Virtue
  • Consecration
  • Zion Councils
  • Temple / Tuhhuhl Nuhmehn

Each one explores a different aspect of sacred living through the Way of the Peacemaker.

Over the next series of blog posts, we’ll walk through each wheel one at a time.

Not academically.

Not dogmatically.

Just… together.

Like sitting around a fire and talking through the patterns of Zion life.

๐Ÿชถ Maybe these are imperfect.

Maybe they’ll continue evolving.

But honestly?

They’ve already helped me see the records differently.

Not as disconnected teachings…

…but as one living system trying to teach people:

how to become a people of enduring peace.

And maybe that’s what Zion has always been.

Not domination.

Not control.

Not outward performance.

But people learning how to walk in harmony:

  • with the Peacemaker,
  • with creation,
  • with one another,
  • and with truth.

๐Ÿชถ NEW SUNDAY SERIES ANNOUNCEMENT

Starting this week and continuing over the coming Sundays, I’ll be sharing a new series called:

๐ŸŒŽ The Sacred Wheels of the Nemenhah

These posts are an attempt to visually and spiritually explore sacred patterns found throughout the Nemenhah records — patterns connected to:

  • stewardship,
  • healing,
  • family,
  • sacrifice,
  • virtue,
  • consecration,
  • sacred balance,
  • and the Way of the Peacemaker.

Over time, these teachings began forming what felt less like isolated doctrines and more like interconnected “wheels” of Zion living.

Not rigid systems.

Living systems.

๐Ÿชถ One of the things that deeply moved me while studying these records was the role of Mohrhohnahyah (Moroni). After witnessing the collapse of his people through war, pride, greed, and division, the records suggest he and others began preserving teachings designed not merely to help people survive…

…but to help future generations learn how to live differently.

More peacefully.

More wisely.

More in harmony with the Peacemaker, creation, and one another.

๐ŸŒฟ These “medicine wheels” are not meant to be New Age symbols or replacements for scripture. They are simply visual teaching tools meant to help us better understand recurring Nemenhah themes:

  • sacred directions,
  • covenant living,
  • stewardship,
  • discernment,
  • healing,
  • and building Zion gradually through transformed hearts.

Honestly, this project has already changed the way I see the records.

Not as disconnected teachings…

…but as one living pattern quietly teaching people how to become a people of enduring peace.

Each Sunday, we’ll walk through one wheel at a time together.

Not academically.

Not dogmatically.

Just… thoughtfully.

Like sitting around a fire talking about how to walk the Way a little better in a troubled world.

๐ŸŒฟ I hope these posts encourage you to:

  • study for yourself,
  • seek the Savior more deeply,
  • think about Zion differently,
  • and listen more carefully for the voice of the Peacemaker in your own life.
