Lesson 13 Healing at the High Place Where Heaven Meets Honest Hearts

๐ŸŒฟ Journey Through the Nemenhah Sacred Records

Lesson 13

Healing at the High Place

Where Heaven Meets Honest Hearts

Listen to the NEW Narration:    Lesson 13 --- Meet Me There

๐Ÿ“– Let's Read the Record Together

This week continue reading The Book of Hahgmehni.

As you read about the High Place, don't picture only a sacred place.

Instead, ask yourself one simple question:

"Why did the people come here?"

I think the answer opens one of the most beautiful teachings Hahgmehni shares with us.

๐ŸŒฟ What Happened?

As Hahgmehni continues his record, our attention turns toward the High Place.

People came seeking the Lord.

They came carrying burdens.

They came with questions.

They came needing healing.

Some carried physical sickness.

Others carried wounded hearts.

The High Place became a place where people sought the presence of the Peacemaker.

They believed He could strengthen them.

Guide them.

Comfort them.

Heal them.

As I read these verses, I realized Hahgmehni wasn't trying to describe a sacred location.

He was showing us what happens when ordinary people sincerely seek the Lord.

๐Ÿ’ก Did You Notice?

One thing really touched me.

The power wasn't in the High Place.

The power belonged to the Peacemaker.

The place simply reminded people to leave behind the distractions of everyday life and intentionally seek Him.

Healing often began before anyone returned home.

It began the moment they turned their hearts toward Him.

That made me stop and think.

How often do I become so busy that I forget to make a "high place" in my own life?

❤️ Walking with the Peacemaker

Most of us don't have a High Place like Hahgmehni describes.

But every one of us needs a quiet place where we can meet with God.

Jesus often withdrew to lonely places to pray.

Perhaps He was showing us that revelation often comes when we intentionally make room for it.

Maybe your High Place is a quiet chair before sunrise.

Maybe it's a walk at sunrise.

Maybe it's sitting with your scriptures open and simply listening.

The place itself isn't what matters.

The invitation is.

The Peacemaker is always inviting us to come closer.

๐Ÿก Talking Feather's Porch

This lesson touched my heart.

Some of the sweetest moments I've ever had with the Lord have come when everything around me became quiet.

I've watched the sunrise over the mountains.

I've sat alone with the scriptures.

I've prayed without asking for anything except to feel close to Him.

Those moments remind me that the Peacemaker has never been far away.

He's simply been waiting for me to slow down long enough to hear His voice.

Maybe that's what Hahgmehni wanted us to remember.

The High Place wasn't about escaping life.

It was about meeting the Lord...

then returning home with greater peace...

greater faith...

and greater hope.

๐Ÿค” A Thought for This Week

Where is your High Place?

Where do you feel closest to the Lord?

This week...

set aside a few quiet minutes just to be with Him.

You may discover He has been waiting for you there all along.

๐Ÿ“– Until Next Time...

Next lesson...

We'll witness one of the most sacred moments in Hahgmehni's record as the Peacemaker answers his prayer and speaks directly to him.

Until then...

Keep reading the Record.

Keep listening for His voice.

And keep walking with the Peacemaker.
