It is not a rejection of anything sacred.
It is a simple, grounded way of learning how to hear the Savior more clearly.
I’ve now written a full series on the Medicine Wheel — close to 20 posts — so instead of searching for them one by one, this page will guide you.

π HOW TO USE THIS SERIES
If you are brand new:
- Start with the “Start Here” post
- Read “What It Actually Is”
- Read the “Simple Guide”
Then begin the numbered posts.
If you’ve already read through once:
π Go back again
But this time:
- notice where you react
- notice where you soften
- notice where you feel prompted
That’s where the real work is.
πͺΆ FINAL WORD
The Medicine Wheel is not about becoming louder.
It is about becoming steadier.
More grounded.
Less reactive.
More able to hear Him.
Take it slow.
Still walking.

πͺΆπ₯ THE MEDICINE WHEEL — WALKING WITH JESUS IN REAL LIFE
(Not just decisions… but becoming like Him)
There’s something that’s been coming together for me.
We’ve talked about the Medicine Wheel as a way to make good decisions…
clear thinking… careful steps… doing no harm.
And that’s good.
But I’m starting to see something deeper.
π It’s not just a decision-making tool.
π It’s actually a pattern for walking with Jesus Christ.
πͺΆ π‘ THE CENTER — IT’S ALWAYS HIM
Every wheel needs a center.
And if we’re honest…
π The center isn’t a principle.
π It’s not a system.
π It’s Jesus Christ.
Not just believing in Him…
π Walking with Him.
Talking to Him.
Listening.
Being real.
π “Without Him, the wheel doesn’t turn.”
π΅ STEP 1 — SEE YOURSELF (Mother’s Lodge)
This is where it starts.
Not fixing others.
Not analyzing the world.
π Looking at yourself.
- Where am I off?
- What am I feeling?
- What’s really going on inside me?
π Truth starts with honesty.
π’ STEP 2 — SEEK HIM (Knowledge)
Now you turn to Him.
Not just information…
not just opinions…
π Him.
- Prayer
- Scripture
- Quiet listening
π “What do YOU want me to do?”
π΄ STEP 3 — LET GO (Sacrifice)
This is where most of us stop.
Because this costs something.
- Pride
- Control
- Being right
- Fear
π This is where change actually begins.
⚪ STEP 4 — ACT (Virtue)
Now you move.
Not perfectly…
just faithfully.
- Say the hard thing gently
- Stay quiet when you want to argue
- Take the next right step
π Light comes after action.
πͺΆ STEP 5 — DO NO HARM (Love Check)
Before you go too far…
Pause.
π Does this bring peace?
π Does this hurt someone?
Because:
π Christ never leads you to harm.
πΏ STEP 6 — BECOME (Consecration)
Now you look back.
- What did I learn?
- What changed in me?
- What still needs work?
π This is where you slowly become like Him.
π§ THIS IS THE SAME PATTERN
The more I’ve studied…
The more I see it everywhere:
- The Book of Mormon teaches the doctrine
- The Nemenhah records show it being lived
- Chiasmus points everything back to the center
- The Medicine Wheel helps you walk it out
π Same pattern.
π Same path.
πͺΆ ⚖️ WHAT THIS MEANS
This isn’t about:
- Getting every step perfect
- Following a rigid system
- Or replacing anything you already believe
It’s about something much simpler.
π Are we actually following Him?
πͺΆ π§ WHAT DOES THIS LOOK LIKE ON A TUESDAY?
Not in a meeting.
Not in a ceremony.
π In real life.
- You feel frustrated
- You pause and see it
- You ask Him what to do
- You let go of being right
- You respond with kindness
- You reflect and grow
π That’s the Wheel turning.
π That’s walking with Christ.
πͺΆ TALKING FEATHER MOMENT
π “Don’t follow the white robe—follow the Voice.”
(That robe in Lehi’s dream…
π looks right… but leads people away.)
πͺΆ πΏ FINAL THOUGHT
π “The Medicine Wheel isn’t just for decisions—it’s the path of becoming like Christ, one choice at a time.”
And when you start living it…
π you realize…
You don’t need a new system.
π You just need to keep walking with Him.
